Program Custom View

This Custom View gives a timeline view of projects based on a specified date range.

The projects displayed in the view are grouped and filtered by type of project. You can choose to view all project types or limit the view to a specified project type.

The Display Interval parameter determines the time span of the minor time scale on the graph. The major time scale is set in relation to the minor time scale.

The Show Sync Point Description option is no longer used.

Click the Generate Display button after setting the view parameters to display the view.

The example below shows a program view limited to System Development project types, with the display interval set to quarters.

The << and >> controls below the Generate Display button can only be used after the display has been generated. They decrease or increase the displayed width of the minor time scale on the graph. This effectively expands or shrinks the view to suit your particular display or printing requirements.
