Model Export Utility

EVA Netmodeler supports the management of models, where a model is a set of related items that have meaning as part of a structure, comprising the items, their properties and their relationships. A model could be a business process (comprising process, activities, resources etc. ), a data model (comprising classes, attributes and relationships) or any other set of things that you choose to treat in this manner. A model type defines the types of items and relationships which constitute a model and how they should be represented if rendered by a visual modeling tool, such as Visio.

To facilitate the easy exchange of models between EVA Netmodeler sites and from EVA Netmodeler to other tools, the Model Export Utility allows you to easily select a desired Model Type and Model for export. The export is generated using the items that are part of the model, their relationships and property values. You can also choose to include the model type definition. The output is normal export format as generated by the Export Utility, i.e. it will have an XML file, associated image files and associated assets, such as documents.
